1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our shipping services, including sea freight from Florida with a bi-weekly departure schedule and an estimated delivery time of 5 to 11 days.
1.2 By booking a shipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Schedule & Transit Time:
We ship SEA FRIEGHT twice per week and AIR FREIGHT four-five times per week from Florida. Estimated delivery time for SEA FREIGHT is 5 to 11 days and AIR FREIGHT 24-72hrs, but delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
2.2 Packaging & Labeling:
Customers must ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled. We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.
2.3 Prohibited Items:
We do not ship hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, perishable goods, or any other restricted items as per U.S. and destination country regulations.
2.4 Customs Clearance:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate documentation for customs processing. We are not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs issues.
3. Fees & Payments
3.1 Shipping Costs:
Rates vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Fees must be paid in full before shipment is handed over.
3.2 Additional Charges:
Customers may incur extra fees for storage, customs duties, taxes, or delivery attempts beyond the standard process.
3.3 Refunds & Cancellations:
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched. Cancellations before shipment may be subject to a processing fee.
3.4 Storage Fee of 100jmd per day after invoice is opened.
4. Liability & Insurance
4.1 Limited Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third parties, customs, or natural disasters.
4.2 Insurance: Customers may opt for additional shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for lost or damaged items unless insurance coverage is purchased.
4.3 Claims: Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting documentation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect addresses.
5.2 Ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations and laws.
5.3 Respond promptly to any inquiries related to customs clearance or delivery.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
6.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica .
6.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Jamaica .
